Fixed makes a unique adapter and charger in one that connects anywhere in the world. The virtually perfect product was praised by tech magazines, but the problem was reaching the average consumer. Almost no one knew the charger, so the brand decided to kick up the promotion before the summer travel season.
Fortunately, the Fixed brand knew this well and contacted us with a request for testing. We responded with 60 high quality reviews, which you can find today on our website, Czech and Slovak Heureka and on Mall.cz. With a 4.8 star rating and 100% recommendation, it was really something to brag about. The brand also actively used this in the newsletter and social media campaign, where it again celebrated success: emailing reached 27,000 recipients, 17% open rate and 5.3% CTR. Posts on the networks also thrived, with a reach of 12.5k resulting in 20k impressions and a 4.1% CTR. In addition, the brand was promoted organically by individual testers in parallel, not least earning our Consumer Trust stamp. A full-fledged success!
