Together with the distributor for the Czech Republic ELMAX STORE a.s. we realized a showcase of the Brandt oven. The participants of this event were carefully selected - they were people who were currently considering buying an oven. The client thus had the opportunity to present the qualities of the product and negotiate directly with their target group.

I have to say that when someone comes to the studio and sees the Brandt oven, I believe they'll simply leave with it. I was thrilled by it! Simple, stylish design, easy operation, extensive program options - over 90, wow... High-quality materials, but what really got me is the steam and the possibility of combining baking with steam or using 100% steam alone, and also the amazing cleaning method. The only one on the market like this - for me, it's awesome... healthy and simple cooking.

The multifunctional Brandt oven exceeded my expectations. I had been searching for a product that would meet all my expectations, and I found it here. The controls are intuitive - you can really manage without reading the manual. Very high-quality processing, including the materials used. Lots of accessories. In some cases, it can even replace a microwave (steam heating). Thanks to pyrolysis, your oven will always be clean, and your meal preparation will be healthier with the use of steam. Excellent for preparing vegetable, where most of the vitamins remain in the food.

Flexibility and written feedback counts

Our client is used to working with various partners and regularly uses showrooms and events to introduce their products to customers. However, they lacked written and honest feedback. Since Brand testing club offers this in the form of reviews published on the Internet, they started working with us.  

Since it is not possible to send the ovens home for testing like most of the products Brand testing club works with, it was necessary to come up with another plan. Our client appreciated the flexibility with which Brand testing club adapted to their needs and welcomed the opportunity to test directly in the showroom. 

Getting reviews and raising awareness was important to our client

The main goal of our client was to allow people to try out the oven, form their own opinion, and write a review that reflects their experience. Obtaining reviews for products like ovens is a longer and more complex process, and collaborating with Brand testing club provided a convenient solution.

Increasing sales was the second goal of our client. The selected testers were genuine prospective buyers of the Brandt oven, who were planning to purchase a new appliance. This ensured that the testers were part of the target group. During the testing phase, our testers received a discount on the product. Even if they decided not to buy the Brandt oven, their opinion, in the form of a review, could become crucial in the decision-making process for other potential customers.

Another important goal was to increase awareness of the tested product. When purchasing new appliances, people conduct research on the internet, forums, blogs, and elsewhere. The experiences of our testers can help them in their decision-making process and highlight the existence and advantages of Brandt products.

Useful feedback and new plans

31 testers were interested in the testing and were seriously interested in purchasing a Brandt product. From these interested testers, 10 testers were selected to attend the event. They then wrote a total of 20 authentic reviews focusing on their experience and the pros and cons of the Brandt multifunction oven. These reviews will be used by our client both in their marketing activities (10 reviews on the Brand testing club platform, which the client has a license for) and in attracting potential customers through Heureka.cz. 

Our client appreciated that the selected testers were genuine and serious about the product. One way this was reflected was that they brought a partner into the showroom with them so that together they could decide whether to buy the tested oven.  

Our client was pleasantly surprised by the positive reviews that testers wrote about the product. The client even noticed that the campaign has affected sales, which are now gradually increasing.

The awareness of the Brandt brand has also increased. Since Brandt is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, the client decided to organize a contest for a home combi oven on social media. The campaign with Brand testing club is a good foundational building block, which will make it easier to develop future projects.

Thanks to this campaign, the client also gained inspiration for his social media. Testers showed interest in videos with instructions on what and how they can prepare in the combi oven. At the event, they were therefore referred to the channels of a specific influencer who is a Brandt brand ambassador and regularly creates amazing video recipes using Brandt products. At the same time, the client also gained valuable insight into their target audience's preferred social media network, which is Facebook, not Instagram.

They gave the Brandt oven an average rating of 4.9 and 94% of them would recommend it to their friends. Thanks to this, this product has deservedly received our seal of quality, the "Brand testing club Recommends" stamp.
